Attorney at law, owner of the law firm. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. A member of the District Bar Association in Kraków since 2009.
During the legal training at the District Bar Association in Kraków worked for some law firms and managed the work conducted by the legal department at Sobiesław Zasada S.A., a company which serves as a holding company in the Group Sobiesław Zasada S.A. Between 2010 – 2012 a member of Supervisory Board in Inweststar S.A. Between 2016-2021 a member of Law Committee of Polish Football Association and the chairman of the Group for Licensing Intermediaries of Polish Football Association operating within Law Committee. Since 2021 the chairman of Law Committee of Polish Football Association and the chairman of the Group for Licensing Intermediaries of Polish Football Association operating within Law Committee. Since 2022 the vice-chairman of Statute Committee of Polish Football Association.

Agnieszka Tabisz
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków (Major: Law) and completed postgraduate studies at the Kraków University of Economics (Major: Business Accounting and Finance). Member of the District Chamber of Legal Counsels in Kraków. Her legal counsel traineeship lasted between 2012-2014, after which she acquired the occupational qualifications of a legal counsel. Her professional experience includes cooperation with several legal offices in Kraków.

Graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. A member of the District Bar Association in Kraków. Her legal traineeship lasted between 2020-2022, after which she acquired the occupational qualifications of an attorney at law.

Mateusz Gołacki
He graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. He defended his master’s thesis at the Department of Civil Procedure. He is a graduate of the School of American Law organized by the Catholic University of America in Washington.
Member of the Krakow Bar Association. He passed the bar examination with the highest result in the Bar.
He has experience in serving both individual clients and entrepreneurs. He gained experience by working at the Legal Clinic of the Jagiellonian University and in renowned law firms providing ongoing services to business entities.
Author of scientific articles and articles published in the press (“Rzeczpospolita”).
He completed courses organized by Harvard University on contract law and the University of Pennsylvania on intellectual property law.
He is fluent in English. He holds the Certificate in Advanced English (CAE), issued by Cambridge Assessment English, and the TOEFL certificate, issued by the Educational Testing Service.

Wioletta Leśniak – Banach
Attorney trainee, member of the Krakow Bar Association since 2022.
Graduated in law and administration from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.
She defended her master’s thesis entitled ‘Legal status of a spouse of a partner in a partnership and a civil law partnership’ at the Chair of Private Business Law under the supervision of dr hab. Grzegorz Suliński. She graduated with a very good grade. She gained her professional experience in law firms in Cracow specializing in legal services for business entities.
Her legal interests focus on business and commercial law, civil law and family law.

Rafał Sędkowski
Attorney trainee at the District Bar Council in Krakow since January 2023. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He defended his master’s thesis at the Chair of Intellectual Property Law of the Jagiellonian University.
His professional interests include civil law and intellectual property law. In addition, he is interested in the automotive industry.

Magdalena Bińczyk

Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University with a very good grade. She defended her master’s thesis entitled ” Organized crime with particular emphasis on environmental crime” in the Department of Criminology under the supervision of Dr. Magdalena Grzyb. During her studies, she participated in the Erasmus+ program at the University of Rijeka.

Daria Boczek
